In celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, an official from the Commission on Human Rights has recently declared his intention to fight for the inclusion of an even more basic right among human beings than the right to life, liberty, free expression, etc.: the basic right to a soft, beautiful, mala-sutla, skin. The CHR official, Commissioner Wilhelm Soriano, is passionate about this cause. So passionate that he has decided to use a soap as a platform for his advocacy. He, along with fellow human rights activist, the fiery and ever-articulate Alyssa Alano, grace the box of a soap, out in groceries all over the country.
